Myles works in the mayor’s office and aspires to rise in city-government. He is also an avid college-basketball fan who has scored two courtside season tickets for his alma mater – a championship contender. Through a series of unlikely events, Myles unwittingly sells one of his seats to Larry – an outrageous tow-truck driver who quickly adopts Myles as his new best buddy. Larry pulls strait-laced Myles from his conservative existence and introduces him to a new and crazy way of life.

The producers advise that production financing for the picture has been agreed in principle and the project is likely to go into production in 2017. The producers have provided letters of intent from a major entertainment bank and contracts which strongly indicate that the production will occur as expected.
